The PLUSFIT 5k Run/Walk is an event where plus size women (Plusfit), men (Massfit) & our children can come together, in safe and fun environment. The running community has 5k events world-wide that are geared towards a Standard typical body type…but this one is like no other. Plus-Size people are rarely perceived doing positive physical activities of any type, the PLUSFIT 5k event will inspire, encourage and bridge the gap, showing that plus size people can be Plusfit.
